- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm surprised at the negative posts. I'm very pleased with the services and friendly staff at the Wisconsin Rapids Post Office. They DO accept credit/debit cards, as well as provide package pickup. As an online seller with a very busy schedule, this makes a world of difference to me. And during the few times that I've screwed up something, all of the staff have went out of their way to help solve the problem. Highly recommend!!!!By Linda Brost, July 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Getting a little bit tired of our building being skipped if we don't have mailing coming in. Some of us still have mail going out, & the mailman for our route is perfectly capable of coming up to the building. But no, if they don't have anything for anyone here, they skip us entirely. And then when you call the post office to complain, they tell you to walk it to the box 4 blocks away or come to the post office in person. Um, there's an old couple in our building that it isn't so easy for them to do that. The post just needs to manage their people better. And that's another thing. They don't come at a set time anymore. Sometimes it's quarter to 9, sometimes it's 2 in the afternoon. That's a little bit ridiculous. Not to mention the three working the counter (Scott, Audrey & whatever the other guy's name is) have got to be about the rudest people I've ever encountered. I'm going to be calling Oshkosh with my complaints & suggest they consider a associate cleanout. They need all new employees there. Not only that, but you can't schedule mail pick-up for our building. What, we can have mail delievered, but we're not good enough to get it picked up?? I have to literally listen for the mailman so I can quick run downstairs, trying not to break my neck in the process, just to have them act all put-upon when I hand them a package for pick-up.
